I have two memberships. I go to the gym that is offered through my work which is 15.00 per month. Free personal training, free nutrition advice. I'm going to try to stay up on this challenge. I just got in the saddle a little over a week ago. Today was my first long ride at 25 miles. Felt great. I will challenge myself to 200 miles this month.

I was having issues with my IT band as well and I noticed that I was bending over a little to far. Make sure you are upright while running. This can cause major issues.

Since your in the same area as me you may want to try mud factor first. It's at Sacramento raceway on April 6th it's a 5K instead of 10-15 miles. It has similar obstacles. I am so sorry to hear this is going on! I hope everything is going to be OK. This seems to be happening all to often now. I just watched an HBO Documentary of a boy who had been contemplating suicide since he was about 5. It was very eye opening to see. Again my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

You can certainly lose weight eating 1200 calories of KFC and McDonald's. But you will be severely unhealthy with all of the fat/sodium that is used to make those foods. It may get you losing weight but to much fat and sodium will leave you with high cholesterol and high blood pressure among other things.

I am still on the Depo shot and I have lost almost 70 pounds. I have been on the shot for about 10 years (looking into switching to IUD to control migraines) I have not seen a problem with weight loss. I have been actively counting calories for 14 months.

I use one daily. It is extremely reliable and i see a loss every week. I would strongly recommend the BodyMedia arm band. I have been using it for a little over a year.
