I have the same issue. When running down hill or doing stairs and things like that I can feel the moobs jiggle. It makes me self conscious more than anything. The good news is they start to go away. Mine aren't gone yet, but I'm working on 'em.

I usually have a snack in the afternoon and I'll eat it when I start feeling fatigued like that. I mostly use snack as an excuse to get up, walk around, and stretch a bit. Loosening up my muscles and getting my heart moving just a bit faster help me.

I agree with T_R_A_V. If you're not going over by hundreds daily, you should be fine. The protein seems set a little low to me, especially if you're doing any sore of weight lifting or resistance training. I go over on protein nearly every day, I just try to moderate it.
