Makes sense. My TDEE is 2064 I am consuming at least 1400 calories a day because that is what MFP says I should be eating. So you are saying I need to cut my calorie intake to 1064 instead? I believe doing that I would lose weight.

I could give you a load of excused right now on why I haven't logged. I guess it is just easier not to. Your right I need to start logging everyday again and get back on. I have gained back 3 pounds and very upset with myself. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yep! I am a former weight watcher I lost 58pounds and then when I stopped I gained it all back plus some. I really like the support on here and hey its free to lose weight which is how is should be. You can befriend me if you like on here.

do you have any gaming systems? The WII, Xbox and PS3 have great excersise and dance cd's this is how I keep in shape. I can burn up to 300 calories in 30 minutes doing this. I have to agree with everyone you need to freeze your meals. It is soooo easy just to grab and go especially when you are so young.
