Eating more vegetarian foods, but not stuff like tofu and soy products. Eating meat products like chicken breast, whole eggs, milk, etc.

Much better than I used to; not quite as well as I probably should.

I try and behave, and eat what I want on occassion -BUT LOG EVERYTHING!
