Little; often; natural (for the most part).0

Same breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack every day then Chef hubby cooks dinner and I discriminate sauces, carbs, breads, portion size etc based on workout and calories left for day... Trying to view Food as Fuel and not as Friend!!!0

I make sure it's calorie worthy, with the most protein, fiber and nutrition as possible.0

Headed in the direction of Veganism. It feels like the right thing for me to do.0

Eat simple, eat fresh, eat at home. Some meat & veggies, mostly fruits, non-fat dairy, eggs, whole grain, & other miscellaneous health foods (granola bars, peanut butter, etc.). And lots & lots of water/tea! 1500-1700 cals a day0

I've been slightly raising my calorie intake to over 2,000 a day and I'm loving not being hungry while still losing weight.0

I eat just enough junk food that I can get away with and still stay under my calorie goal and at my protein goal.0
-
As much as possible.
I'm breastfeeding and burning 1100 calories from pumping 55 ounces of milk every day. Adding that to my maintenance amount of just under 2000 calories makes it very difficult to eat enough when everything is healthy.0 -
Plenty of fiber and protein.
White meats only with the occasional lean ground beef.
Tons of fresh fruits, not so many veggies.
Tons of water (a couple diet sodas here and there only when I have a big craving and Ive been doing good)
1600 calories a day0 -
Fresh veggies & fruit, lean white meat, whole grain and water0
