Live/raw food sources, veggies, sprouted grains, legumes, fruits and wild caught fish only (no meat or chicken), lots of water, no caffeine.0

I make the smartest choices possible for what my body is needing for a certain time of day and always try to replace calories burned in the healthiest way possible.0 -
Lately I have been eating a lot of processed foods although I've been at or under my calorie goal everyday; I have begun eating fruits and veggies again in the last day or two and feel much better!0

Lots of fresh and steamed veggies, no grains, tonnes of protein and generally really quickly once my plate is down on the table0

About 1500 calories/day... mostly fruit, veggies, milk products, lean meats, water, coffee and diet soda (pop) with occasional treats such as chocolate, crackers, popcorn. It feels great!0

When my body needs fuel I put something in it to fuel it. Sometimes its organic chicken breast. sometimes its raw tuna or salmon...sometimes its Doritos and burritos0
