    Mostly nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks in sensible portions with occasional indulgences in whatever I might be craving except for things containing milk or gluten, since I'm allergic.

    I eat about the same thing every day except Sunday. Very carefully measured out and counted.

    Meals are protein and complex carbs based 7/8 days with no stimulants and only alcohol for nights out....muchos alchol might I add, oh dear lol

    I eat well at least 80% of the time, but leave a little room for fun!
  • Lots of fruits & veg, but way too much carbs & sodium along with it, and struggling with the occasional "well we have to eat somewhere" fast food run between running from one job to another. :(
