Mostly nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks in sensible portions with occasional indulgences in whatever I might be craving except for things containing milk or gluten, since I'm allergic.0

Meals are protein and complex carbs based 7/8 days with no stimulants and only alcohol for nights out....muchos alchol might I add, oh dear lol0
