    I make the smartest choices possible for what my body is needing for a certain time of day and always try to replace calories burned in the healthiest way possible.

    Lately I have been eating a lot of processed foods although I've been at or under my calorie goal everyday; I have begun eating fruits and veggies again in the last day or two and feel much better!

    Eat like a hobbit, focus on hitting protein macro first, and then consume whatever I want within my current calorie goal.

    I cook everything and refuse to touch processed or "diet" food, artificial sweeteners, soy, and buy organic when i can. I measure portions. ALWAYS. I also drink a lot of water.

    About 1500 calories/day... mostly fruit, veggies, milk products, lean meats, water, coffee and diet soda (pop) with occasional treats such as chocolate, crackers, popcorn. It feels great!
