I take fish oil, multi vitamins and love green supplements. My body is really energized by things with power greens like wheat grass and chlorella. I take some whey protein powder to boost protein for the day too. Interested in what others do too!

Go about a third veggies, third fruit and third water. Play with your combos and add protein powder and or yogurt as you wish, usually turns out pretty good regardless. A couple things I like to add to just a green smoothie is fresh ginger and lime.

I know! And weight v. volume for some things may be much more accurate as well. I recently took my 1/3 cup of cereal which should have been half of the full serving caloire and weighed it. You can do some amazing workouts that will build muscle and cardio endurance using body weight only in your living room. Check out free you tubes like You Are Your Own Gym. Nia Shanks does a body weight only program. Zuzka light and Fitness blender are other options. I just did Jillian Micheals 6 week to a 6 pack yesterday…
