Or if you want low calorie wings you can just coat chicken breasts in Franks... plus Protein.

just out of curiosity....why eliminate chicken from a recipe?
i guess if youre vegetarian it almost makes sense.
great protein to calorie ratio. lean. tasty.

I lol'd but I'm still going to try this...minus the flour. I make "buffalo" tofu that is super good too.

Made these tonight...won't make again, sadly. I'll stick to using cauliflower for pizza crust

LOL. What about cauliflower as just cauliflower? Why must it always masquerade as something in order to be consumed?

so I entered this recipe in the recipe builder to calculate it. I am going to assume that 1 large head of cauliflower serves four people (I just guessed here because is this a side dish or a main course or what I don't even know). I came up with the following macros:

    207 cal
    32g carbs
    5g fat
    10g protein

this isn't even "low carb." if you're not vegetarian, what is the point to eating this? srs question.

Not here to bash on cauliflower, because I'm sure to a vegetarian this would be awesome.

I opt to pan grill chicken and add Frank's hot sauce. They're like boneless wings without the calories from frying. High protein and tasty.

why does something have to be low carb?

I like trying new things. It sounds like a good snack so why not?
