I had a similar thing a couple of months ago. Felt ill after my classes 2 days in a row and absolutely exhausted which NEVER happens...turned out I was getting a ripper of a cold. Take care and drink plenty of fluids and rest up if you can.

I do 60 minute sessions of both cardio and strength and I never feel tired ...more energy if anything. Just make sure you eat adequate protein :-)

I'm the same...always workout heaps harder in the mornings and feel awesome all day. Due to my husband working fifo, having kiddies and work I only get a few early morning sessions in a week the rest at night. Enjoy it!!!

I personally think def the elliptical trainer. Use both machines and always burn heaps more cals (using hrm) on the elliptical.

I have increased my gym work to 5 days a week in the last month and lost absolutely nothing but my clothes are definitely a lot looser. Good luck :-)

No I didn't do any other exercise as my sons paediatrician told me that excessive exercise could possibly affect my breast milk. Just a stroll each day to get us out of the house.

I breasted for 12 months eating 1800 cals a day and actually got under my pre pregnancy weight. This combined with a 30 minute stroll with bub each day. Breast feeding can burn up to 600 cals each day. Good luck and enjoy your new little one!

Oh I hear you!!!! I have hair to my waist and it drives me insane constantly readjusting it at gym. I am to scared to cut it in case I totally regret it....and unfortunately my husband wouldn't be as supportive as your partner. Good on you and congrats on your loss as well :-)
