Kati Morton is a therapist who makes youtube videos and has a website. She talks about a lot of topics to do with mental health and treatment like how to find a good therapist ect. Hope this helps <3

I use a lanyard and put it under my shirt so it doesn't move too much. Does make lots of jingly noises as you go along though. The running belts sound good.

When I eat a large meal for lunch, for tea I have soup, it's filling and low in calories.

Hi, I've sent you a request :) I think you have to log and see what you're eating and then try to find a goal that suits you. One thing I would say is don't beat yourself up if you go wrong! Log it and then start the next day fresh

I'm being a bridesmaid next year for my sister. I hope I am happy with myself by then cause I will have to see myself in these photos for the rest of my life and I feel it would spoil the day a bit for me if I am just focused on how self concious I feel and not my sister and her boyfriend.
