Bad coffee on a sleepy morning :( fake fried chicken lettuce wraps (i don't get it whats wrong with whole wheat?) getting full just when you get to the best part of the meal. i know these don't technichally count, but as afood lover these are things i hate

Thats what I have to do too. Boredom eating is what got me here. Plus eating when I see someone else doing it. Just keep busy!

Eat when you're hungry and stop eating when you're no longer hungry. if you do this, your body should really do all the spacing for you.

Yes you can, but eating junk food or.food thats not as good for you will cause unhealthy weight loss and you wont be able to eat as much
