What is a good one? I dont want something that claims to help me lose weight because im going to do that through diet and excercise. I just need something to help me from wanting to eat all the time even if im not hungry.

    ETA- seriously though, water. I drink 4 liters a day. You would be suprised how often you "feel" hungry but you are really just thirsty.
    oh, and I chew gum, more for flavor. I find I just want to taste something.

    Proper coffee, in small quantities, and lots of water. But better still is running; it has completely taken me by surprise that it has such a strong effect.

    COFFEE and exercise. I'm always less hungry on exercise days. My rest day I'm always snack attacking!

    Green Tea without sugar or milk or small snacks...I eat about 10 almonds and wait 20 minutes if I am still starving then it's time to eat something substantial, but most of the times I am not hungry after that.

    I find that I snack a lot more if I'm bored or doing something I'm not crazy about. If I can get myself in a painting groove (I'm an artist) I don't have the urge to snack unless I'm really hungry. I also keep a large glass of water nearby at all times. Now if you're hungry a lot between meals it could be that your calorie goal isn't high enough, but if it's just mindless eating then staying occupied can help.
