Oh I sooooo remember that feeling of hitting 3 minutes straight. When I started a year ago I could only reach 30 seconds! You are doing GREAT!!!! Hang in there. I can now run 13 miles. Your patience and determination will pay off.

I am SOOOOO in. With summer here, I haven't been overly motivated on my exercise lately and just promised myself 2-a-days for the next few weeks. Looks like 30DS in the am and my then more consistency on my nightly jog. Thanks for the challenge. Add me.

I'm sooooo trying this one! Thanks for sharing.

Wow....your comments really hit home. You are right, I've earned so much more than a new body during my journey and with my family. My promise to you and all my new friends..... I am no longer going to let that 1 lb take ANYTHING away from what I've already lost....and gained! Thank you so much!

Thanks again everyone. I really needed the encouragement. I am ramped up and ready to go!

When I started, I was winded after 30 seconds. I just stepped up a minute at a time. Thanks on the suit.... I wasn't sure buying it... but admittedly..... it felt AWESOME!

Thanks everyone. This is just what I needed to light that fire back up. I guess it's just proof positive that, even though we are sure we don't, we all need our ego stroked from time to time...lol. Thanks for taking the time to say something positive..... it matters!

Girl....you have been there cheering me on all the way. You've been a huge part of my success. Sorry I haven't been a good MFP friend lately. I think I've let this last pound get the best of me but NO MORE! I WILL do this!
-
Goodness knows that I've had weeks just like this one! Hang in there! But the coffee mug....ouch.... that one hurts!
-
I like that..... you WILL do this. I think I will just print that on a sticky and put it on my desk. No can...no might....just WILL!
-
Oh no you don't.....if I can do it ANYONE can do it. lol. Keep up the great work and thanks.

Finally got that last pic to show up. I was starting to think it was the universe telling me to NEVER wear a two piece....EVER AGAIN! BTW..... I'm now registered for my first half marathon in a couple of months. Wish me luck!

I go over on my protein and nearly double my fiber almost EVERY day. So far, it's worked out well for me! Every now and then, when I go over 40 grams or so of fiber, I will give myself a little tummy distress. It doesn't happen often. The more you eat, the more you build up a tolerance for it. Good luck here at MFP. It's…

Oh....also..... just my opinion and I know other's disagree...... it helps me to listen to music while I run. If I can hear myself breathing heavy it plays a serious mind game on me. My brain instantly say "OMG you are working TOO hard". If I can't hear my breathing, it doesn't even feel like I'm breathing hard. I can not…

I rocked the C25K program and I'm a HUGE fan. It took me from 30 second jogs to now running 10 miles in just a year. It sounds similar to what you are already doing except it will help encourage you stretch those jogs out a little longer each week. Good luck. Running has totally changed my life!

That's gonna be one happy hubby!!! You look amazing!

This is kind of how I got started actually. I was an eater and by that I mean I was an EATER!! At first, I just lowered my cals enough for 1/2 lb per week which at my starting weight was PLENTY of food. You would thing anyway. I was still hungry! I started to move more just to earn more food to eat. This was my way for…

Whooo Hoooo!!!! I'm so proud of you. C25K ROCKS my life!! SAVED my life!! It just made something that I believed was so unobtainable for me (at that fitness level) seem so "do"able in baby steps. I ran my 3rd 5k Saturday, I run 10 miles on the weekends, and I just registered for my first half marathon in the fall. Keep up…

I'm running my first half in the fall. I may finish dead last but my only goal is to finish in the alotted amount of time. As long I do that, I will have won on sooooo many levels. A year ago I couldn't run for 30 seconds with someone chasing me with a knife!
