Eat a small healthy meal before you go and bring something on the healthier side to share, like a veggie and hummus plate, that way if it's a calorie heavy meal you can eat what they serve in smaller portion and rely on the veggie plate for extra filling or snacking.

It's not the store mirrors. Its our brain. We tent to be overly critical,esp when we are trying to live a healthier life. Be nicer to yourself, sometimes it really is the clothing that is unflattering, not our body.

Do what is best for your body. If you are feeling super hungry and want a snack then eat something. If you aren't hungry feeling then don't eat. If in a couple weeks you find you aren't losing and are stuck then try eating back some of your exercise calories. There is no one size fits all, what works for some won't work…

Just like anything else, you aren't going to lose just because you are drinking a shake, you have to create a deficit (which if you are replacing meals with a shake, you most likely will). You gotta do what works for you, but if you can you are better off eating balanced meals.

My 2 year old eats what we eat, unless I am making something that is really spicy, he eats what we do every meal. Model your good habits, and allow them to follow by making healthy choices. They don't need the processed or junk foods any more then you do.

This post got me wanting lemon pie, so I used what I had on hand. 1 Mini graham cracker crust, 1 stonyfield lemonade yosqueeze kids yogurt, 3 tbs cool whip and a little extra lemon juice. Sadly mentioning your are a coach gets you an automatic wall. Mostly because there are bad coaches out there that are ravenous wolves and instead of following beach body coach "etiquette" they are more concerned about making money then helping people. And it makes everyone look bad.
