As everyone else said... no way! At one point I was 96 lbs at 5'1" and my doc still told me that I was perfectly healthy for my height and body type (super petite frame). As already stated, your family is just not used to seeing you like this.

5'1" right here, but super petite frame so my goal is pretty low. Goal weight is around 98, but also working on building muscle mass in the right places (shoulders and butt especially) so I may end up a little higher in the end.

I like to stop eating at 8:00 p.m. because I feel that I sleep a lot better, but I don't think it affects weight loss whatsoever.

Same here. A lot better. Less bloat also. I have nothing against people that still drink it and no scientific evidence to prove that it's bad, but I'll never go back. Live and let live. :flowerforyou:

I think that a lot of models should be shopped a little less sometimes, but I love browsing through photos of V.S. models even if they are extremely altered. I'm a fan of the whole "aim for the moon, if you miss then you will at least land amongst the stars" approach, so I always aim for goals that might be "unattainable"…

The Borgias - I've never become so addicted to a show and I hated the ending only because I didn't want it to end. And The O.C. - the end was awful, depressing, and didn't do the series justice.

Definitely more than one, but.... Was feeling anxious Thursday night and almost dove head first into some chocolate ice cream, but spent a little time on MFP, and instead of ice cream I did a little late night cycle session at the gym. Felt good.

Flip flops don't go with dresses? You've never lived in California apparently. Skirts and dresses are ALL we wear in summer - everywhere except the gym. Don't worry, 2,500 definitely isn't a light day, but it isn't *that* much. Fasting for the next couple days would likely backfire on you. I would take everyone's advice and just eat healthy and light tomorrow, lots of water, fresh veggies, your favorite fruits, a good source of lean protein. :heart:
