You're probably not eating enough calories, if you only need to lose 10lbs than you should aim to lose .5lbs/week - changing this will increasing your daily calorie intake and you won't feel so hungry.

When girls purposely talk extremely ditzy....listening to people eat kind of bothers me (really crunchy foods) - the first comment about cereal really cracked me up - I feel you. Also when people smack their lips (thats the worst one) ....*head explodes*

I've never been pregnant and I don't want to have children. So I just have them from being straight up fat. I don't have a cool reason to have stretch marks, lol.

I currently use Mederma. I used it when I was 14 and growing and it seemed to work well at turning them silver. But they just look super red and pissed off and well, everywhere right now.

I honestly just woke up one morning, and thought I couldn't stand to see myself the way I had become anymore. I went to workout that day and started eating better.

Eat carbs. You need them for energy. Thats why you feel like garbage. Just eat HEALTHY carbs. Like whole wheat bread,pasta,etc and fruit. You have no reason to cut out carbs.

I think you're eating a little too low. I'm around the same stats, I'm 19 and about 168lbs. Mind you, I'm female and 5'9 lol I eat 1500 a day, and eat about 70-80% of my exercise cals back. I think you should eat a bit more and start a weight lifting regime.

Your BMR is what your body burns doing absolutely nothing (breathing,pumping blood,digesting). If you decide to get out of bed that day, shower, put the dishes away, do laundry, go to work, etc...you burn more. I usually wear super short spandex shorts under a pair of looser/longer shorts - instead of underwear. Nothing worse than gym wedgies and people everywhere.

I also have the polar ft4. I really like it, and I really like the interface and the personal info you can input to it. But pretty much anything with a chest strap will be the most accurate. I used to have the Timex Health Touch (no chest strap) and it was never accurate.

Sweating is just your bodies way of keeping it cool. Hence you can sweat just laying out in the sun. Burning calories ( getting your heart heart in a certain zone or higher ) is what matters. & doesn't require sweating, however it usually results in it.

I usually buy a carton of eggs and have one over easy on a piece of toast or something. But you can also buy little milk like containers of egg whites ( in Canada anyways, dunno what the rest of the world does) I eat egg whites almost every day, no fat or carbs. Just calories and protein! With lots of pepper, lol
