I buy frozen blueberries, blackberries, and mixed berries from Wyman's of Maine. I add them to fat free cottage cheese and eat them while they are still frozen (I eat them as soon as I get to work - so probably 15 minutes after they come out of freezer). I REALLY enjoy eating it this way, feels like I'm eating a dessert.…

Do you like nuts? Almonds and walnuts are great choices. I know you said you don't really like fruit - but pomegrantes are wonderful. How about kiwi? Do you have stairs where you work? I go up and down the stairs a few times a day (desk job also) just to move a little. I love to snack on cottage cheese and frozen blueberries - very yummy! Try walnuts or almonds - also quite tasty, and filling. Good luck!!
