Spike Take your total calories for the week. Dedcut 200 from each day Stack them all up on Sunday..Eat all the junk food you can handle on that day =LOSE WEIGHT Just google spike diet or look around here. Many ppl do it with great sucess. It got me over a plateau Time to mix things up

Not really, becaue your calories will change as you lose weight yes cal in vs cal out is good but ultimately portions and macronutrients will hve to be examined Important to know what you eat I give you half credit! lol-kidding

My low cal go to meals include. I would run around the hosue several times and get some cals back! You can pull off a decent meal for 250 cals. But if you eat 100 cal meal is it going to crate more issues around the corner? Maybe go over by a small margin with exteremly healthy foods and make up those cals tomorrow. Day to…

I got alot stronger through 1.5 yrs on deficit. I am currently toying with my cals and macros to gain some more muscle. I am not sexist nor do I think woman should train any different then men. And to prove it, my wife trains identical to me, and shes a newb. I was speaking to woman on this thread who didn't do deads or didn't know about deads and how they can start slowly and ramp up. That was for men too

Ladies I highly suggest stiff leg deadlifts. They are good for woman and get get you use to a something very similiar to a deadlift. Start with stiff legs and then cross over to traditional deadlift. IMO
