I used to drink a lot of wine. But wine makes me want to snack on food that's not part of my plan... and a LOT of it. So, I gave it up except for the occasional once a month glass.

In your first year, I would suggest a full body program to build a decent base. After that, a split will work.

Nope. Breasts are mostly fat, so if you drop fat... But wouldn't you rather have a fit body with a smaller, perkier chest? You know what they say about abs on a skinny guy...

MFP gives you super low protein intake. I reset mine in settings.

If you're looking to cut out food groups to be more fit, look into Paleo. Going GF without a health purpose is unwise, it's not any healthier.

As much weight as you can. Whatever is heavy for you. Lifting on a calorie deficit will not get you bulky.

Story of my life. I usually try to just go to sleep when that happens. It gets pretty weird when I hit this point at 4pm... I am very well rested.
