    Im 6', 184 lbs

    Monday thru Wed = 1840 cals/day
    Thur -Fri = 2300 cals/day
    Sat - Sun = 2800 cals/day

    I average about 1 lbs loss per week on this. This was set up for me by a sports nutritionist. The idea is to not cut back so much that your body slows down it's metabolism and it's a great way to slowly lose fat. My goal is to be at about 13% body fat by Jan 2013 for the Houston Marathon.

    Well it is good to eat less calories in a day specially for those people who want to loss weight. I eat below 2500 calories in a day. I think it is enough to eat 2500 calories in a day.

    Eating 1920 cals/day. Well, that's my goal, I often come in a bit under. I am using TDEE method so no I don't eat back exercise calories.

    I have a high activity level because of my job. I also lift weights 3x a week. On the weekends I hike, swim or kayak.
    I am in maintenance and eat 3000cals daily (TDEE). To lose I drop down to 2500.
