    After that weight, my goal will be to get as strong as possible (Heavy lifting).

    I net around 1500-1600 most days(i eat back all my exercise calories...foodie here)

    Starting weight was 268 pounds.
    30 mins of cardio + 30 mins of heavy lifting 5x a week; a hike on the weekend.
    I eat about 1400 calories a day, and do not eat back my workout calories.
    I'm losing about 3 lbs a week.
  • they set me up at 2300 cals/day, this is considering that the doc only wants me to lose 1/2lb week because of my meds. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life and that is the most EVER, everyone has said such wonderful things about this site (my doc referred it) that I will stick with what they say.

    Goal, whatever. I am happy where I am, I wear size 4's and 6's and small shirts.
    Generally eat at my MFP maintenance calories which is 1810. Right now I either eat exercise calories or leave them on the table to create a small deficit.
    I do Stronglifts 5x5 2 times per week and run and/or play tennis 2-3 times per week.

    Lift weights 3x week, walk a lot, do yoga and swimming when I feel like it. Love running but can't at the moment due to injuries.
    2000ish calories a day for around a 600 calorie deficit (aiming for 500 but there are days where I eat over and others under).

    Currently eat 1300 and I eat back most of my exercise calories. Occasionally I cheat with a high calorie day on the weekend.

    I walk 5-6 days a week, weights 2-3 days a week.

    I bike to work and back, which takes me about an hour, 5 times a week. I don't count exercise calories and am losing approximately 1lb (1/2kg) a week.
    My goal weight is 140lbs (63kg)

    taking into account I breastfeed, lift weights 3 days/week, do 30 mins of cardio post workout
    I'm aiming to get down to 135 but my appetite is making it tough to stay under 2000 calories. I've been stuck at 141 all month.

    I'm 5'2 and been hanging around 116-118 lbs lately. I walk and bicycle 3+ times a week. I would like to get down to 115, maybe even 110. I tey to eat around 1200-1600 calories in a day. When I saw the topic, I wanted to say, "I eat ALL the calories! Nom, nom, nom! Tasty!"

    My goal is set at 1300 cals/day but I seem to eat different amounts of calories every day.
    Sometimes I go over, sometimes under, it's kind of sporadic, really.
    Lately I've been doing small meals throughout the day due to a new medication.
    It seems to work for me!
    I'm not at a weight loss goal per se, I am just trying to eat better and tone up.

    Physical Activity: Other than working out an hour a day, 6 days a week, I am sedentary.
    Calories I'm eating daily: My fitness pay says I need 1200 to loose 2 pounds a week, but my goal is 1300, but I usually go into my exercise calories and eat 1400-1600 a day. I burn 400-600 calories in a work-out. Still working on reducing the calories to 1300 because in the past that is the "magic" amount of calories I needed to loose weight.

    Generally I eat eggs or pancakes (flak seed ****)
    Steak or chicken variety for dinner.

    I have some snacks though out the day.

    I'm 6'2 and 25yrs old and a guy.

    Some time of squash or **** for a side. whatever....

    I was doing cardio but thats boring. I lift weights Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

    1800-2100 kcals a day. Some of you people need to eat more. You should only cut 15-20% of your TDEE.

    I am 5'7, 125ish pounds. I'm in maintenance, and right now I'm aiming for an average daily intake of 2500. I was still losing weight on 2300. I do mostly cardio for exercise, plus I am on my feet most of the day. I also started a new thyroid med that I think is helping to keep my weight down. It freaks me out a little, because I see that I am eating more than even most of the men on here. But if my weight begins to skyrocket, I figure I can just cut back down again.

    When I was overweight, I was very very sedentary. To get to my goal weight (I went from 180s or 190s to my current weight), I ate 1200s-1400s daily, and usually did not eat back exercise. YMMV though.

    Workout 30-60 min every day, mostly elliptical now but I'll add in some resistance too.
    I eat between 1700 and 2000 cals per day

    I might not be hardcore, but today my rings started spinning on my fingers...so something must be going right.
