Well it is good to eat less calories in a day specially for those people who want to loss weight. I eat below 2500 calories in a day. I think it is enough to eat 2500 calories in a day.0

I aim for 1550 NET so depends how much exercise I've done. If I burn 2-300 exercising then I tend to eat it all back but if it's higher I still only tend to eat 2-300 back so net around 1250.0 -

calories vary depending on the type of food I feel like eating that day. If I am in a veggie mood, protein (meat mood) or if I am in slacker mode and don't feel like prepping anything.
If I am in a veggie mood, I probably don't calorie wise eat enough to keep from getting slammed. But seriously check the macros on that day and all of them are nailed and I am stuffed.
If I am in a protein, eat all the meat anywhere near me day, I eat at or slightly above goal calories. Macros suffer on key vitamins on those days, because if that mood hits, I can assure you the veggies are not appealing.
If I am in slacker mode for the day, it's a mixed bag of results, Sometimes it is way over, sometimes it is under, sometimes it just barely squeaks to the correct number. Macros though are all taking a hit.
So it really all depends on the sort of mood I am in.
Answer: it varies and depends on the day.
However I reached the point for me of making a point to not eat beyond my stomach's signals for food. After a year of this I really can tell when it's hunger. Only 12 pounds to go!0 -
