I just got the BodyMedia (just like Body Bugg), I love it! I love pushing myself to hit my daily goals I set with, steps, calories in & out & sleep. I LOVE IT!!!

True, I thought I was burning more when I was going to my Tae Kwon Do 3 nights a week, and I wasn't burning what I thought by A LOT!!

I don't eat my exercise cals, whats the point of exercising if you eat the cals back? I love my Body Media, it pushes me harder to hit my daily goals, steps, calories, sleep & cal burned. I love it and I think it was worth my 200.00 I paid for it! Good Luck!!

Thanks everyone! Also how much should you have a day? I work out on a reg M, W & F nights but try to get to the gym on a Thurs & Sat for cycle class. I just don't want to over do it or under do it. Thanks

Muscle milk powder at CostCo is great! I have it 2x a day, one for breakfast with strawberries blended in and another before my nightly workout. It has 50g of protein with 2 scoops. My protein goal is 130g a day. Don't skip meals & eat within 5 to 45 minutes after waking up. Good luck.

Take your weight and x it's by 7, that equals how many calories a day you should have, lower it by 100 to help loss weight.

The night before, I log all the food I am planning to eat into myfitnesspal, so I can take or add things according to my calorie goal. It helps vs logging in something every time I eat and at the end of the day I went over calories & fat goal. Good luck!
