I've went from 227 to 175 and log everyday and everything. I eat pretty much whatever I want though so not the healthiest diet but hey, its working for me!

April 6: 184 April 13: 182.8 I did weigh 181 but had a pretty bad cheat day on Saturday and jumped up 4 pounds so almost got rid of that. Still 1.2 pound loss is better then nothing. Will def be better next week. Working my butt off and eating good this week! No cheat days/meals!

I'm excited for challenge to start as well! I did really well with the drop 20 by Easter! If I can do just as good with this one, it will put me only 9 pounds away from goal weight! I just finished c25k a couple weeks ago! I swear by this program! If I can do it, anyone can. Now I run 2 times a week for fun! I really thought it was going to kill me at first but it slowly started getting easier. It still gets me sweating and breathing really hard but I love it!!!!! You can do it! Keep with it!!!

1. Start and finish T25 ( gave up once doing it) 2. Eat healthier, get in lots of veggies 3. Run my first 5K 4. Cut out sweets 5. Eat better on weekends 6. Workout 6 days a week

Thanks for posting. I've never had any veggies roasted and I'm so picky and don't get nearly enough vegetables but roasted veggies always look good to me so I'm gonna try this!!

I prefer the elliptical myself. I feel it really gets me a good workout and gets my heart rate up there and I normally burn 600-850 calories in a hour on the elliptical, Most I have got on Treadmill is 500 I think but I also don't use a treadmill alot! But I def love the elliptical!
