You must be so disappointed, but you can do it. Difficult to say where you may be going wrong as your diary is private, but are you eating enough? Drinking enough water? Did you get weighed at the same time of day, on the same scales?
-
Perhaps a little more for lunch, stop you feeling hungry and reaching for something high calorie. I would also add fruit and agree that you do not seem to be eating enough. Good Luck

I am from Clitheroe in Lancashire but now live in New Zealand - still miss Lancashire though.

I have been at target for about 12 weeks. My calories went up to 1500 before exercise when I got to target. I do not really worry about how many calories I have because I find just recording them on here keeps me 'in check'. I still weigh once a week and my weight does fluctuate but not by much. If I gain more than 3…

Feel free to add me - am at target and trying to stay there. Completely over going constantly up and down the scales! I am sure you will be successful and wish you good luck.
-
It really shows me how much food I was eating to have gained in the first place!
-
Happy Birthday for tomorrow - mine too. Have a lovely trip.
-
Thank you so much rabbitslave. Good to be here.

I do have yoghurt (low fat as I do not like the 'rich' taste of normal) but no nuts, milk or tinned salmon. There are very few foods I do not eat and most of them seem to be excellent sources of calcium!
-
Is there a lot of calcium in Greek Yoghurt? I think I am only consuming about a third of my requirement, will have to make more of an effort.
-
I think hitting the recommendations for calcium intake is very difficult. I do not like milk so I must fall very short everyday.

Another Virgo here - 27th August. I wanted to get to target by my birthday and made it last week, so am very very pleased. I hope to be still here for my 2012 birthday as well!

Thanks everyone. I have not lost much (this time!!) but do not want to have to lose it again, so trying to find out just how much I can eat without gaining. I think this is where I often go wrong as I lose weight to go on holiday or for Christmas and then there is no time to do any work on becoming a stable weight. So this…

I have just changed mine to 'maintain'. It seems a bit scary to get more calories!
-
Was poster not meaning zero calories left at the end of the day?
-
And me please - I have started off July really well - I have SIX calories left. I think I may save them for another day.
-
Welcome - I am from Lancashire, lived many years in Oxford and am now in New Zealand - but I so miss the UK!
-
What do you feel like - with so many calories left you could treat yourself to something really yummy and not worry about it. I would have something you really enjoy but would look carefully at how little you are having for breakfast and lunch.
-
You could sell them to me - I only have 6 left!
-
It does not make me make better choices, but when I look at the end of the day I cringe some days. Especially if there are lots of glasses of wine! I never fib - but sometimes there are lots and of entries!
-
Why don't you try using their calculations for a couple of weeks and see what happens. If it does not work for you then you can always use your own goal figures.

I had a radical hysterectomy 5 years ago, had huge fibroids and endometriosis which had grown on my internal organs. I feel fantastic, I take HRT and have never found it easier to regulate my weight. I cannot believe how well I feel, how wonderful life is and how I wish I had had the op when I was 28 instead of 48! I was…

Only 16 pounds ....................ONLY 16 POUNDS! If you had gained 16 pounds would you have said ONLY gained 16 pounds?? Seriously, congratulations.
-
I just forget it and try to eat really well the following day. I never cut right back because I have done that before and it usually ends up with my one bad day turning into a bad week! Or worse!
-
I eat bread every single day - toast with boiled egg for breakfast most mornings. Salad with a roll for lunch. Love it - I am maintaining my weight easily and also lost weight whilst eating bread. I always buy quality bread, wholemeal, country grain or similar. Live is too short to go without something you enjoy!
-
I hate it - says I am overweight. I might just have skinny wrists,
-
Stop trying to be perfect and just concentrate on being better. You don't have to make the best choice, just don't make the worst one. You have to enjoy what you are doing otherwise you will give up and be right back where you started plus a couple more pounds.
-
I would try listing every thing you eat, weighing everything, just to make sure you are eating enough or not too much. You do not seem to be drinking any water either. The body does not lose weight to order - sadly - sometimes you can lose nothing for a couple of weeks and then start losing again. Good Luck

I have two - White Wine and Red Wine. Would never give them up, life is too short to go without things you love.:drinker:

Seems an awful waste of vodka!
