Going clothes shopping and buying clothes that show my shape instead of hide it. A huge day in my life was getting rid of all the big baggy clothes that I purchased for the specific purpose of hiding my belly and man boobs.

Everyone seems to be focusing on just the weight loss. It's not about the weight loss it's about the 'fat" loss. If your diet is causing you to lose muscle mass then your diet is counter productive. Four egg whites, half cup original oatmeal, bananna....put it all in a large glass and mix well.....add 1.5 cups of water and mix well again. In two minutes you have a breakfast shake to go. Thats my favorite breakfast. :)

My opinion is it depends on why the muscls are sore. The type of weight lifting you did. Was it a heavy day or a high rep day. Here's my peeve. Everywhere you go even healthy places have a soda pop in a combo meal. I'll have a sandwich at the local deli or something and they offer cottage cheese instead of fries or chips but I always have to get a soda. It's about a dime difference if I just get the sandwich and cottage cheese. Grrrrr lol

I think you need a bit more protein. I know this is an area of contention for many folks but 80 bgrams of protein isn't enough. You can get a casein protein and have a shake before bed. From what I've read a one day won't really do anything to your metabolism. I'm a believer in the metabolism reset. Google "zig zagging calories" and "reset your metabolism". A whole bunch of great links come up.

The important thing in my opinion is ... Doesnt really matter as long as you do it the same way every time. At 240 pounds I put it around my largest part of my belly. Seemed to provide the most dramatic results which gave me motivation.

I think your doing great! Here's the thing. I think a lot of folks have heard that you should not do this and not do that etc.. I think any movement is good. I like your workout routine.
