This is a good question...and the honest answer is that I've never thought about it. I can point at a specific thing and say I think it's healthy, but defining healthy overall is hard.

Anaheim chilis aren't too hot. You could also use poblanos. Keep in mind, you can control the heat of some peppers just by removing the seeds. A de-seeded jalapeno isn't very spicy at all. I make a chocolate pie out of it. Basic chocolate graham cracker crust (or oreo if you have the calories), Blend the tofu with 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbs sugar, and 5 oz of melted nestle morsels. Pour in pie crust, put in fridge for about 2 hours to set up. Hubs is lactose intolerant so I'm always trying to cut back on dairy.

I have 3 kids that are ages 6, 4, and 1. The oldest and youngest eat anything I put in front of them...the middle child, not so much. I'm usually hangry the first week or two of counting, but then it becomes the new normal. If you are still hangry at 6 weeks I'd add a 200 calorie snack in the afternoon before you get hangry. I'm losing 2lbs a week eating about 1300 calories and I'm 38, 210lbs and only 5'3. I also do no exercise right now.

I run like a mermaid that just traded it's voice for legs. I'm running 12 minute miles. A jog for most people feels like and all out sprint to me. But, I kinda like so I do it anyway.

I've, no lie, still got a first generation vivofit. It's lasted for 4 years and still gets the job done. I bought my hubs a garmin vivosmart HR+ and he loves it. Got if for him for Christmas. Sadly, I think he uses it more to see his email and stuff then for actual exercise. Good intentions....

I'm not a huge fan of breakfast either. Unless I worked out the night before 2-3 cups a coffee is good enough. The eating breakfast thing is a personal preference. Breakfast does not have to be "the most important meal of the day."
