I am interested in joining, may be the spark I need

Plan ahead, if you know what's going to be served at the party, decide before getting there what you plan to eat and log it. If you don't know, just eat in moderation and make sure you hit the gym each day, you'll do fine.

Don't beat yourself up, you know muscle weighs more that fat. I bet you're going to have an awesome week this week:)

This is so true and really reach home for me. I refuse to take pictures by myself or with family, always saying "wait until I lose 50lbs" and when I look back at family gatherings I see everyone else but me.

I have a hr monitor, it was the best investment
-
Yes I did day 2 this morning before work, and I've never dripped sweat, but I was dripping sweat from my face, my bra was soaked, my hr went as high as 190bpm. I did spend alot of time getting water when they got to the push ups, I'm not good with push ups either, I'm just starting to get better with the "girl" push ups.…

I think you did awesome. I didn't quite feel like throwing up, but my hr got up to 190. Here are my numbers, 44, 33, 58, 20, 5, 8, 6, 11.
count calories ACCURATELY. don't cheat. don't lie to yourself. to guesstimate. weigh and measure everything. so long as your calories in < calories out, you'll start losing weight again.
I agree, you need to weigh & measure everything, maybe you are eating salads, but maybe you're using 2-3 serving of…

My best advice is to invest in a hr monitor. Based on your weight and your intensity of work will determine how many calories you burn, everybody is different and everyday might not be the same, especially as you become more fit. I purchased a sportsline hr monitor from Walmart and I wear it for every workout.

Are you going to post some before and after pictures when you've completed the program?
-
Let me know how you make out on your fit test.

Good job
