I think I'm one of the lucky ones who don't lose boob while working out. I've dropped close to 50 lbs before and the only thing that shrunk was the fat around my bust. My cup size always stays the same. I'm scared to see though what will happen if I keep losing though.

The only time I hit over 1k calories a day was when I did 60+ minute high intense cardio at the gym. I was also 230 lbs so I will burn more calories then someone smaller then me.

I drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It helps me to not retain water and it helps to curb my hunger. I like that it's all natural and I can take it forever =) I do not recommend anyone taking it though if they have acid reflux.
