I know you all have those secret tips to lose weight?

Do you have any that's already not out there on the web- like: drink more water, eat clean and no eating after 6.00 pm?

    really. i did this last year, and lost 30 pounds.
    but the work hard part is the key here. the other two may be replaced with ice cream, beer, chinese food, tacos or other variables of your preference.

    I always eat standing up so the food passes through my digestive system faster. That way I don't absorb as many calories.

    This. But replace wine with rum and/or vodka. And stay away from all those cliches. This is real life, not just a fad diet. You have to eat in a way that you can still LIVE and be happy.

    I drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It helps me to not retain water and it helps to curb my hunger. I like that it's all natural and I can take it forever =) I do not recommend anyone taking it though if they have acid reflux.

    Eat all meals while standing on your head....You burn more calories because your body has to work to raise the food up. Becareful of liquids....it gets tricky :laugh:
