I know you all have those secret tips to lose weight?
Do you have any that's already not out there on the web- like: drink more water, eat clean and no eating after 6.00 pm?

I eat at no more than a 500 calorie deficit, get adequate protein and fat, lift weights, and profit.0

I drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It helps me to not retain water and it helps to curb my hunger. I like that it's all natural and I can take it forever I do not recommend anyone taking it though if they have acid reflux.0

Eat all meals while standing on your head....You burn more calories because your body has to work to raise the food up. Becareful of liquids....it gets tricky :laugh:0

There are no secrets to this. Everyone knows what they have to do with eating healthy, in moderation, and exercising. It's doing it that's the hard part.0

It's not counting points or going on any fad diet or excercise routine that you do for 3 months or so. It really is healthy eating in moderation, with exercise and drinking plenty of water. I try not to eat after 6pm. To lose the weight permantely it has to be a forever life changing endeavor. Once you realize that, then you will be the weight you want to be.0
