By the angle in the first photo, she may almost be sprinting. It really depends on the girl and the pace.

No, but I do prefer it sometimes! Sometimes I go hiking or running or walking outside instead.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! There's no such thing as "bad" with your eating, this is normal eating : ) (I say this because labelign food as good or bad can sometimes harm you more than do you good) Otherwise you'll be back on track before you know it!

Over-restricting to lose weight, I looked great but developed an eating disorder..

Doctors have about three hours of nutrition training, good luck... ;)

1. I don't really look at all. 2. Roaches are hard to keep out sometimes, I'm sure they just needed to spray. Depends on the weather.

After regaining weight dealing with B.E.D. I knew it was time to recover and lose the weight because I couldn't fit into my ''fat'' jeans anymore. I also felt 100times more sluggish that I used to when I was healthy and lost the twenty pounds. Time to fit into my jeans before winter!

Balance them out with the your shoes and top and you'll rock them! It's all about finding the most flattering pairs and how the outfit goes together!

WOOHOO!! :D GREAT JOB!! Keep it up, you're very inspiring!

This needs to be done with the guidance of a PROFESSIONAL :) Especially because you're still focused on looks and fat. Which is still disordered thinking from someone with an ED. You're going to have to let go all of that to recover. It will be worth it, I promise. Focus on healthy weight AFTER you recover. and do that…

Drinking TOO much green tea and caffeine DOES harm your system so it's okay to lower that amount. Drink tea to enjoy it :) Studies show that green tea is GREAT with your immune system and overall is great for your health. But drinking too much can lead to problems like painful bloating. From what I've read on the…

Start with LOVING YOURSELF! For all the amazing things you are and things you do. Love yourself enough to take care of yourself! Let the process be a slow one. Going through weight loss in a self-hating manner leads to eating disorders (I'm one of those people). You have A LOT on your plate. It's time to learn what helps…

Birth control :) When you work out A LOT you produce more testosterone and sometimes that prevents you from getting your period (heavy workouts / changes in diet). So see a doctor! : ) I took a month off of the pill last year when I was working out a ton and not eating enough and and I ended up not getting my period until…

I do add oils and stuff but with spices, only if I use a larger amount. I figure most spices speed up your metabolism a little which probably burns off their small amount of calories anyways! Afterall, spices are usually VERY low calorie.

I used to have 3-5 cups a day at least. Having a Keurig helps because as stated previously, the cups are expensive. I limit my coffee to 1-2 cups per day now! Especially to save money. Drinking too much caused me to be bloated and intense kidney pains so be careful with the high caffeine intake!

Are you doing any strength training? It could be muscle gain. Otherwise, flucuate your calories. 1200 one day 1500 the next. 1350. 1800. Eat maintenance AT LEAST once a week so your body doesn't hit a plateau. :)

It really only counts when it's not natural sugars. So the sugars from fruits and veggies especially really don't count, your brain uses those right away! Your brain needs those. I always up my sugar limit to 50-100.

PLAIN CHEERIOS. They're better for the environment than meat and poptarts. Pop tarts aren't nearly as filling and the gelatin is made with ground up animal bone! Cheerios can be spiced up with banana, blueberries, ect. Poptarts = sugar.

Definitely like it.
