I'm a food addict.

100 days ago I had my last binge.

What can I do with the next 100 days?

Having stopped my downward spiral what can I do to start to improve?

    I just bookmarked your blog and will do some reading later. I've had problems with binge eating all of my life and am slowly overcoming it.

    Thanks...The 100 days got easier as it went.. I started to draw energy from the success.

    That's a good lesson for everyone, success begets success, Get through those tough early days, make it a habit, then make it a habit you hate the idea of breaking.

    We can all do this!!!
