OP, check out bodyweightculture.com They swear by bodyweight exercises only and I've been doing quite a bit of them. My strength has increased tremendously in just a short time.

I'm on week one. I downloaded a free podcast from I tunes that gives you the cues when to run. I feel really bad about this since the guy on the podcast did this out of the goodness of his heart but I have been cursing him out regularly and profanely whenever he tells me it's time to run.

If you mean how to figure out what the numbers would be from the foods you are eating, you can use MFP. Go into the setting of custom goals and enter your new calorie target and then go to the individual goals for protein, carbs and fat and enter the % you want. MFP will then show you the calcs in your food diary.

If I understand your response, you don't seemed to be eating back your exercise calories on workout days. Therefore, your net is less. 2400 - 700 calorie workout nets 1700 calories which is less than the 1900 calories you eat on rest days. And this is why I"m not getting it. Actually no. My question is - why on workout days are your net calories less than on non workout days? You eat to your cut value on both days but your net on workout days is less - why?

See, this is the part I don't understand. If she has to eat 2232 calories on rest days why does she only have to eat 1915 on workout days. Why does she eat more net on rest days than on active days.

Okay, so can I make this easy on myself by doing the following? Set my TDEE as sedentary (1797) ( My actual current TDEE is 2500) Cut value 1530 1506 BMR Set my calories at 1530 and eat back ALL my exercise calories? Would this work?

Yes, MFP already puts you at a deficit to lose. If you don't eat back your exercise calories you are attempting to run your body on too little fuel. The monitor is probably correct. I was absolutely surprised how many calories I burned in 30 minutes of exercise but I believe it is correct. I eat back my exercise calories and I'm not gaining weight.
