    I have a large body frame, people usually think I weigh ~20 pounds less than I do because of my muscles!

    I just joined this site about a week ago. Currently I walk about 3 times a day, I'm a Nanny its easy to just stick the kids in a stroller and walk.
    My other fitness goals- to be able to run with out feeling like I'll die- going to start with Interval running, but hope to run for cancer walks eventually.
    To build muscle- If I dont reach my goal weight but can see a significant change in my body from lifting, I'll feel like it was all worth it.

    Exercise: 4-5 days a week, an a hour a day. Treadmill - Zumba alternate

    Will increase exercise - strength training workout at home, treadmill and more zumba. dont like going to the gym. :)
