I would love to join! Lost 40 pounds last September. My goal weight of 130 (5'6'') was amazing. After the holidays and cabin I have gained around 10. I would like to support you and hopefully gain motivation.

Please friend me if you would like. I am 42, have 4 kids and work full time. It's not easy balancing everything. I've lost 40 pounds but I am losing my motivation with eating healthy. Workout out everyday though. Would love to help motivate you.

Feel you on the night time cravings. I try to do something to get my mind off my craving. Watch TV, drink water or tea, read or play a board game with my little ones. It definitely helps if I have eaten well during the day and not eaten a lot of sugar. If I eat sugar during the day then I have big cravings at night. Also…

Your are "snow" tired of the snow. :) I agree vniemo2....love to burn calories shoveling it. Just got done shoveling for 90 minutes. MFP says that is 560 calories. Don't know if I burned that many, but I definitely burned calories. I loooovvvveee northern Michigan. The snow is part of the beauty.

Just had breast reduction surgery last April and it was the best thing I ever did! Really research your doctor and take your time doing this. My insurance paid for all of my surgery because I had back problems and indentations in my shoulders for years. I was a 36 E and they were huge for my frame. Lost 40 pounds and…

Feel free to add me. I will be 42 in February. Totally understand what you are saying. When I hit 40 major slow down of my metabolism. There is hope...I lost 40 pounds this past year!

The anticipation of 40 was worse than the reality. It was quite liberating actually. I turn 42 in February. Turning 40 motivated me and I am in better shape and much smaller then I was in high school.

Congrats to you! Please add me. Lost 40 + pounds last August. I am at 132 and have maintained that weight (give or take 2 pounds). This is the longest I have kept weight off. Would love to motivate you and be motivated. :)

Please add me as a friend. I need encouragement and would like to encourage others.

Please add me if you want. You have verbalized every reason and feeling of why I started my back to health journey. I am a 41 year old mother of four and was 40 pounds overweight and couldn't stand looking in the mirror. Working full time and taking care of my family put me last on the list. I just moved and don't know…

Totally feel you! I have a good friend of mine who will barely talk to me since I lost weight. She is pissed at me.

Please add me. Always looking for new and supportive friends. Awesome job on losing the weight!

You are doing great. Check out coolrunning.com and the couch to 5K program. It's great. I am on week 6 and ran 22 minutes at 5 mph yesterday.

I am 41 and I can relate. Just do it seems simple but that is how you approach it. Try to find a fitness buddy if you can. I started out walking with a friend for half hour a day. It got difficult when my friends would cancel. The best thing I ever did is sign up for a martial arts class (Kung fu) with my two little girl.…

Well, good for you for sticking with your weight loss journey. It must get frustrating for you! Having a dietician is a great idea. Some of the comments on here are a little harsh but you need to do what you think is best. Really liked the Medifast food surprisingly because I am picky. I have had issues with my weight loss…
-
Don't know if you are willing to try another diet...Medifast worked great for me to give me a jump start. Not cheap but found other foods just like their products. PCOS is also something I battle and people constantly tell me that its my thyroid ( lots of family history of hypothyroidism in my family). Just got blood…

Good for you on getting to week 3! I am on the same wavelength as foxy lady. Repeat a week if you need to. I am on week 6 and really starting to love it and believe me I am not much of a runner. I repeated week 5 because I was struggling to run the entire interval. I see how I feel and sometimes I walk longer than it…

Well I had a breast reduction in April and now I am a high B. I was a 38 D for years and they never got smaller when I lost weight. Running feels amazing now!
