Thanks! When I looked earlier, most had banana or protein powder. I like the mango idea-I'll experiment with your suggestions.:)

I made a good recipe (if you like sloppy joes) that I tweaked from the HG site. 8 oz. lean ground beef(called for ground turkey, but the beef was less calories..) 1 12 oz bag broccoli slaw 1 can original Manwich(called for 1 cup) I used whole can, I like sauce Brown meat. I have been using one-not daily-for a few months. I lost 30 pounds 7 years ago without one, but I do like it. It is sometimes hard to eyeball small, medium, etc. Since I count calories, it helps me. But, I did fine without one, also. Good luck!

I do about 45-60 minutes of exercise in the morning(walking, exercise bike, "easy" strength training) and then eat before I go to work. I am not really hungry at 5:15 or 5:30 and it works fine for me. Good luck!

I'm 5'7 1/2 ' and like to weigh 133-135. I am at that now.My clothes seem to fit better. However, I think anything up to 145-150 would be okay. As others have said, body type, etc. plays a part. I don't have a lot of muscle!!

I make them a lot! I also use zucchini and mushrooms. If I don't have egg beaters, I use low-cal Italian dressing or marinade.

I like it!! I have mixed it with nuts and cranberries for trail mix. As someone else said, grind it up. Use it as a breading. Hungry Girl has lots of uses for it!!
