Done! 12 minutes, 85 calories burned. I added some stretching in there. My legs feel so tight today! I also did kickboxing yesterday so that adds to it.

Completed! I did two sets of wall push ups and one set of knee push ups. The plank was the hardest for me but I still did 20 seconds. My HRM says it took me 8 min 30 seconds, 62 calories burned. My goal is also 5,000. School is swamping me so if I burn that many I will be happy. So far this month I have burned 724 calories. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow though so I might be slacking next week :/

I had my Gall Bladder taken out when I was really young...like 11.. at first I couldnt eat really fatty foods or they'd go right through me. Now I don't really have the same problems...every once in a while something really greasy gets to me but not at bad as the first year I had it out.
