TOTALLY AGREE!! I suggested this when i see you saturday, add lean meats (even very lean organic red meat is good for you), good fats. maybe have a pretty good granola with your greek yogurt, start eating eggs (whole eggs) not liquid (processed), keep up the water, if you like deli sandwichs add condiments like olive oil…

personally i would log 5-6 mph, and call it good, even if u are burning more that it tells you at least you arent going over ur daily allowance because of it... hope this helps. this is what i do and it has worked for me. :)

what do u log ur speed as? When i go on my walk/run, i ususally end up doing running half and walking half, so i log as 3.5.

I logged it as Calithenics (sp?) light/moderate. i was the most accurate for me, i logged it like that and lost 10lbs. Good luck to ya!

i would change it to lightly active. then once it gets here and u spend a day or two at that status u can change it higher if u think it is acctually alot of work, But I would at least change it to lightly active that way u dont have to log ur walks, and individual walks and activites, i would just log ur excersise and go…

I have had great results with the jillian michaels dvds, I do the yoga meltdown and 6week 6pack. they are 10 a pc at walmart, iv lost about 22 lbs with both dvds since March. I log her 6 week six pack, which is moderatly intense, i usually have sweat pouring off me, i log it under circut training, and so far it is has been very accurate, i keep losing. others u may look at is calisthenics light/moderate or there is a vigorous one also.

I cook my thawed out whole chickens on low for 6-8 hours in a box of stock. But you could use water if u had to.

in my bathroom next to my toilet. i weigh twice a day and it keeps me motivated to keep it up!

not counted in minutes, here is an example of how u record those things. if u lift 10 pounds 10 times, then u do that 5 times. then u did 5 sets of 10 reps. make sense?

I dont know if this is something that would fit into ur schedule or not but this is what i do, i sit down first thing in the morning and take about 20-30 and plan my entire day all the way down to my every snack. In the nude 1st thing in the morning after u use the restroom, that is your truest weight, all ur meals during the day add 1.5-2 pounds to your weigh, well with me anyways...hope this helps. :)

i log everthing i eat or drink, good or bad, then i make my diary open to my friends so i now that if i mess up they will see it!! :) keeps me accountable...

I quit ww to do this site, it is sooo much simpler!! i think i acctually do better when see exactly what cals are going in and what is burned in workouts and such, it makes it more real to me, if that makes sense.. :)

yes it is normal, mine really hurt when we do the planks, and when i have to hold it for 15 sec. i usually have to stop for a second or two and shake them and then go right back to it, the benifits of this workout are great!! keep it up!! :)

Jillian Michaels Yoga melt down!! i see definition in abs and obliques (sp?) , arms and shoulders. pretty much anything that uses mostly your own body weight will do more toning then muscle building.
