I've been doing Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown this week and while I'm doing it my hands/wrists hurt bad enough I have to stop for a minute to stretch them out.
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

This is normal. Your body just has to get used to holding your weight. Taking a break to stretch out your wrists does help. Trust me when I go to yoga class my wrists feel like they're going to break in half! lol. You will get used to it though..and yoga is a great exercise0

yes it is normal, mine really hurt when we do the planks, and when i have to hold it for 15 sec. i usually have to stop for a second or two and shake them and then go right back to it, the benifits of this workout are great!! keep it up!!0

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting myself more than helping.0
