I have been on a worse binge for 2 weeks now. Every second day I swear I have been eating over 2000 calories and then maybe some...I have bee sick with a cold and it seems all I want to do is eat. I have decided to give myself a bit of a break ....but Monday I WILL get back on track or none of my new clothes will fit me. I…

That is terrible.! People that treat others in this manner are only insecure with themselves and need to put someone else down in order to make themselves feel better. Continue on your journey and hold your head up high. You and only you have the control right now...don't let anyone steal that control from you!

I find that I never have enough time to have a decent breakfast either so I have been using Body by Vi shakes. They fill me up, are quick and easy to make and seem to give me more energy, plus are loaded with extra fibre and vitamins that I normally wouldn't be getting. I have never made one ahead of time and drank it…

The weather is awesome outside....have you thought of taking your routine to the great outdoors, where people aren't sleeping?

Just recently came off a 2 week vacation which included mostly camping food. I gained 10 pounds...OUCH! :(

I work out 3 days a week, sometimes 4. I tried every day when I first started but found I was tired, grumpy and all round not a happy camper....everyone is different, so do what works for you. If you are exhausted with the routine you have, you are probably overdoing it. Exercise is supposed to make you feel better, not…

If you have just quit smoking, don't be too hard on yourself. By quitting the habit (did it myself just over a year ago), your metabolism slows down. Keep at it, and all of a sudden, the pounds will start to go. Be sure not to starve yourself, because going into starvation mode will only put on the pounds.....Hang in there…

I think that you may just be the motivation I am needing to get back at it! Thanks for sharing! :)

My weekends are mine. Seems to be stopping me from plateauing. As crazy as it sounds I think it helps to reduce the cravings for certain foods so that I don't binge eat when I do get to have them. Cheating but in moderation you may say?

I have one cheat day a week..usually on the weekend...where I can eat whatever I want (just smaller portions than I used to of it). This way I don't feel like I am missing out and go into "binge" mode.

I, too have low blood pressure. 90/60 is pretty much the norm for me. When it dips below that I will start seeing stars and feel very dizzy even while sitting. My doctor doesn't seem concerned either and says it is better than high. I was at my heaviest when I was pregnant with my first daughter ...250 lbs and my blood…

I too, fell off the MFP wagon big time. I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago yesterday, and have been laying around eating stuff that I know is not good for me. Don't beat yourself up. I have gotten out of bed today and decided that I know I can't get back to exercise yet, but there is no excuse that I can't go back to proper…

Feel free to add me to your friends. 14 years ago I, myself, lost over 150 pounds and it slowly started creeping back. When I joined MFP, I was 45 pounds short of gaining it all back. I am very thankful for this resource and the support that comes with it. Welcome aboard!

Welcome back! :)

Are you talking about a motor bike or a pedal bike?

I was craving a burger...so I had one..but I made it at home. I bought extra lean ground beef, used soda crackers as a filler and then cooked it on the barbeque. Still not the "ultimate" in healthy, but tons healthier than if I would have gone to MacDonalds for one! It was super yummy and I haven't had a craving for one…

I will NOT have to buy plus size clothes anymore and will be able to shop in "regular" stores. That is my motivation.

I too, quit smoking six months ago tomorrow. And the weight I put on....32 pounds....and I didn't need any extra weight as I was already overweight. I also had a terrible chest infection which convinced me to quit and for the first part, felt so lousy that I did not miss the cigarettes. I knew once I started feeling…
