Even if I was slippin my kid the nip at 3 I wouldnt put it on a mag so he could be embarassed 10 (15, 20) years from now. Who knows, maybe he'll still be thirsty then too.

Totally agree. Working out changes the shape of your bady. So if thats what you want, workout. And just come up with some good comebacks for the bullies.

Shes cute maybe just one-two sizes larger than my goal, BUT, it all depends on where you are coming from. I held my breath on the too small (also didnt look healthy) pics. Everyones goal will be different. If you're coming from 300, 185 aint so bad..If you're coming from 145, 130 aint so bad. Its a goal. Its personal.

I "run"...I used to do it in a secluded park with minimal viewers, then I got the F them attitude...Been at the cool kids park since, and was welcomed. Some people I see there all the time and we say hi, some ignore, but no one ever said anything bad (unless I was breathing too hard to hear them :) ) no really, I wear huge…

BTW, I dont think you need to get into some whole big story on why it makes you feel whatever way. It lets them defend their actions, and its not a heart to heart, its a 'dont fn do that again'
-
You dont have to be hateful to get your point across, a simple 'unn un, dont EVER do that" right after they say something gets your point across. Your feelings are valid too. :)

Why not? First wife gets you ready for the second one!

Im with you, my gazelle trainer usually gives me 3x as many calories as my pedometer.

A hour and a half is quite a while. It does sound resonable though, but sometimes I see ppls post on here and its like, really? You burned 1500 calories walking your dog at a moderate pace? (< just an example) Never know on here.

Nice! You look great!

I knew I was doing something wrong. Yesterday I stopped at 132,456

It took me forever to feel ok when I go to my runs outside. I asked the question on here about it too, now I dont care. Im so focused on getting through the the workout that I dont even think about them...However, if I went to the gym and tried to go to the weights and there were a bunch of fit people there I would feel…

1) Where you are at in your running program (i.e. Week/Day)? Repeating Week 2 (day 2 tomorrow) 2) What days do you do your running? M/W/F 3) Why you are doing the program? Because I felt like a fatty mcfatpants on my birthday last year 4) Overall fitness goal? To be fit/ healthy, about 100 pounds left to go ...and the fun…

Hi Jessica. I just completed W2D3 yesterday, but will repeat the week to feel more ready for the longer runs in week 3. Good luck!!

Here from WW too. Great program, but...hmmm, idk...easier to wear a pedometer and do calories in calories out for me personally.

in the buff..then when I go to the dr. weighing with my clothes on is like... WTF man?

I'm not on BL, but would feel like all eyes were on me weighing in if I was. Its a different situation there, youre surrounded by people with the same problem as you. When I workout I'm surrounded by people who are maintaining or have 'those last few pounds' to lose. I am a minority in size working out...And OK, about the…
