Walking is my main form of exercise, I started at the beginning of summer with 3 to 4 miles 6 days a week. Now that I have eached my goal I walk 2 to 3 miles 4 or 5 days a week to maintain. I throw some other workouts in there ovvasionally but for the most part it has been walking for me.

Took me about 10 minutes to set mine up and I love it....will not leave home without it, lol. No manual came with mine but the set up steps that came with it were very simple. I wish you the best with yours and hope you get the kinks worked out because you really will enjoy having it:smile:

Not yet, but I have several supportive friends and and I would love to meet all of them. I have one person that I am really truly hoping to meet one day soon. We have became such good friends on here and we have motivated each other to run our first 5k, something that even 3 months ago I didn't think I would ever do, lol.

Maintaining here after losing 31 pounds. My husband is my best friend and the love of my life but he does and can eat anything without gaining a pound...I got new boots for reaching my goal...he got a cinnamon roll and a chocolate covered doughnut. I never touched either one so I guess you can say he has taught real…

I didn't have a reward set but after I reached my goal this past Thursday, my husband took me shopping yeaterday and bought me a new pair of boots. It was nice to recieve an extra reward (other than just reaching my goal) for working so hard and doing so well. I am very proud of myself and my husband is very proud of me…

I started on June 7th of this year and I reached my goal Thursday, November 8th at a total loss of 30.8 pounds. I never went over my calories for the day and never cut them real low, drank a lot of water and worked out 45 min to an hour 5 to 6 days a week. I am the happiest and feel the best that I have felt in years,…

I log everything, but I do it for myself. I like to see what my pattern is when I am losing...staying the same or even going back up. I don't ever go over anymore because I have just made this a way of life for me and honestly it has been so worth it:smile:

I am 1.8 pounds from my goal thanks to an 8 week challenge that I have been participating in here on MFP. I was 8 pounds from my goal and had pretty much given up until I joined the Fab-N-Fit group in an 8 week challenge. I thought I was eating well, knew I was exercising enough but nothing was happening. The first week…

I also carry my weight on my lower body but I have lost 27 pounds and dropped 3 pant sizes. I have lost weight before and only dropped 1 to 2 sizes but what has made the difference this time, for me, is my workout. I spend an hour 5 to 6 days a week on the treadmill or an hour outside on steps and up hills. I started in…

I started June 7th and have lost 21 pounds, I walk 4 miles 4 to 6 days a week and keep my calories right at 1200 some days more some days less. MFP has me set at 1200. You will have weeks that you will lose and you will have weeks that you may not but the key is to hang in there and not give up, it will be so worth it in…

Vitamuffins and yougurt. I have a 100 calorie vitatop muffin at my desk every morning, sometimes that is enough sometimes I have yogurt with it. I love them and they are preservative free and it meets 50% of most of my daily vitamin requirements.

Great photo!!! I would have never guessed 50!!

LMAO!!! I agree 100%!!! I don't give in to the cravings, I push through the workouts, limit sodium intake and continue to drink my water but month after month the scale is going to go up 3 pounds for me and it will take a week for the scale to go back down. I know that this is going to happen every month and even that…

Ice Cream is my weakness...I finished off my Edy's last night, swearing not to buy anymore but I love it!! I try eating the 1/2 cup serving but that is a joke, lol...I have to have at least a cup and I eat it every night until it is gone!!! My guess is I will be buying more also, hopefully I can and will learn to eat it in…

I was having the same problem and now I have started working out in the mornings before work. It means I have to get up an hour earlier, but it is so worth it. I have a good workout in for the day and it leaves my evening free for other things. Some mornings it is really tough to get up and get going, but I just push…
