The last 10 days haven't been very good. I ate out more and then we went camping for 4 days. I was able to get in a long hike. 2.75 miles today walking on the treadmill. (29.3 / 75 miles) I am going to probably take tomorrow off. Haven't had a day off in over a week, but my mind is telling me to workout. We will see what tomorrow brings.
