    I see everyone's logging 30DS as 27 minutes, so I'll put it in as 27 though with my cardio MFP count I log it as 20 minutes.

    July 1 thru 3: 0
    July 4: 102 min - various including Cardio Max and 30DS = 102/1440
    July 5: 84 min - 30DS and walking = 186/1440

    186/1440 minutes of exercise in July so far

    Yesterday 40 minutes of running and today 3 h 50 min walking. What a way to spend those extra hours! At this rate I'm going this challenge is going to be sooo easy. I never thought I could do this kind of challenge but now it seems it is fairly easy for me. Who would've guessed.

    oh man, i'm so cripple today, i ran a bunch [for me] on the treadmill and then met with a trainer for the first time who made me do sprints and squats and lunges and high knees and so much leg stuff back to back. i'm needing to do day 7 of the 30DS but i'm so sore!!!! but i don't want to start skipping days!

    MOTIVATE ME!!!!

    I did another hike yesterday and today a little walking and some strength training. so I am up to 460/1440

    I'm really enjoying this challenge, it reminds me of when I first got my HRM, I kept pushing to get more mins/cals burned. Just to give an update on cals burned since 07/01, I'm at 2098.

    386 / 1440 = 27%
    07/06 - 60 Zumba / 9 walking / 9 shoveling mulch = 78
    07/05 - 143 jogging, then gardening
    07/04 - nothing
    07/03 - 63 walking dogs
    07/02 - 60 construction work
    07/01 - 43 agility w/dogs
