We made this for supper and it was a HUGE hit!! We used multigrain crescents instead and next time we'll be trying ground turkey instead of the beef. And if my fiance has anything to say about it, we will be making this again SOON haha

I would be running outside if we got that adorable little amount of snow you got.... unfortunately I can't run through 2 feet of snow and ice so I'm totally jealous over here just waiting to be able to get outside and off my *&^$ treadmill :)

I haven't done one yet but I am training for my first one in April and the c25K has helped me a lot. I have now run for 5kms on my treadmill twice and once it's finally nice enough outside (less snow and ice) I'll be trying to do before the actual run. Good luck!!

i love to add cinnamon, almond butter, banana and vanilla protein powder to my oatmeal - either one of them or all at the same time - depending how hungry I am that morning haha

greek yogurt, protein powder, almond butter, veggies, whole grain pitas and hummus or greek yogurt dip or guacamole are some of my faves.

Thanks - I've just stuck to my macros as best as possible and I'm trying to follow the TDEE - 20% as best I can. I have been running (did c25k) and now have run 5k twice on my treadmill (too much snow to do it outside yet haha). I also have been strength training as best I can... time to get a trainer to teach me to lift…

I have a Soul and I LOVE it and a co-worker of mine just got one as well and loves hers. I have the 2U she has the 4U. I've never tried the Fit but I have no complaints about the Soul :)

Feel free to add me as well. I'm a 33 year old mom of 3 and I have just started running in the past 6 weeks. I'm training for my first 5K in April and then a 10K in August. I've been able to run for 5kms once so far and once it gets easier I'm going to start trying to get my time down :)

I hear you there!! I've only started running in the past few weeks but I've already fallen in love as well. I ran 5k for the first time last week and I was feeling pretty miserable before I started my run but I got off the treadmill feeling totally calm and happy. It's fantastic!! :)

I have the same problem - too many of them net under 600 calories a day. It's time to clean up my friends list and add more who actually EAT!! :)

I'd say eat more too. It might take some time for your body to get in the groove but once you do, it's very easy to stick with eating more and the weight WILL come off :)
