The shoes that I am fitted for are the Women's Nike Vomero's...You cannot go by what brand you like or what color you like...you need to go by what the specialty store fits you with, becasue when running the shoe is what counts...Good Luck with running...

i prefer to run on the treadmill...I do my long runs outside, because the treadmill gets boring...If you are just starting out you might want to try the treadmill first because typically when you are running on the treadmill you can't give up and walk..

same here. The running helps with all the aches and pains...My problem is getting myself to do it. I also have the problem of just wanting to lay on the couch and do nothing.

It always amazes me when someone loses over 100lbs. You look awesome and I am sure you feel so much better. Way to go. I hope the last few pounds come off with ease.

Don't give up..You can do it..Maybe you can try not to eat all your exercise calories. I looked at you diary and if you stay around the 1250 mark and not eat your exercise calories you may see a loss. Stick with it...Your body will kick in to gear soon.

The plank is always good for the belly region..you can always do crunches...Lunges are good for the legs and belly region (when done properly).. Keep it up

Well I don't have pictures to prove myself, but I run everyday and this week alone I lost 3.4 pounds...Running is the best type of exercise. I would highly reccomend running. once you start running and once you start eating the right type of food the pounds will just fall off. Good Luck

That is so awesome..I think the inches are more to be proud of then the numbers on the scale..Keep up the good work. I am sure seeing those inches gone makes you want to keep going and reach your goal..
