Sorry this sounds gross, cake in my house is made with eggs and butter.

And I would never eat cool whip, that stuff is just nasty.
  • Any idea what the calories are?

Thank you for posting this!! I have only tried this 1 time and had totally forgotten all about it. I'm thinking i might like to make a pineapple up-side-down cake this weekend with fresh pineapple so I'm thinking I might try an angel food cake mix with a diet citrus soda (diet pineapple if there is such a thing)

Can anyone tell me how you calculate the calories for these recipes? I'd like to try one but I want to know how many calories I am sacrificing first.

If you go into the recipe option, enter all your ingrediants, and enter servings as how many cupcakes you end up with. When I make mine I use sugar free cake mix, and end up with 25 cupckakes. They are about 60cal, 14carbs, 1protein, and 2fat per cupcake with no frosting. Hope that helps.
