Legs & Back done! One of my favorites :) May work in some Pilates this evening. I always feel so much better after making time for my workout!

Day 10-FAIL Hoping to get back on the work out wagon in Day 11. I started to give all of the good reasons that I have for slacking...I realized there really aren't any!

Life pretty much kicked me in the pants today. I've worked out the last 6 days, so I'm taking a much needed day to rest. Back to it tomorrow with YogaX! Congrats to everyone that is working hard and sticking to it!

Arms & Shoulders for me today. Not digging this video, but I'm doing it ;) Ab ripper is a little bit much for my right hip that pops for some reason, so I did 30 minutes of Pilates to supplement. Burned 476 calories! Getting ready for YogaX tomorrow! and I'll be "Bringing It"! Hope that everyone has an amazing week!!!!!

Made it in at the last minute. Just finished CardioX, 419 calories gone and I'm drinking them back in my chocolate peanut butter smoothie. I'm still under my calories for the day, but I've really got to work on getting the protein:fat:carb %, because those are way off! The start of a new week! Hope everyone is feeling…

I hated it too! It just isn't the right workout for me and she kinda bugs me. I just got P90X and I LOVE IT! It's a little pricey, but you don't need the pull-up bar like it says. You just need a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and the video series. It is kicking my *kitten*, but I love it! Good luck and you gotta love…

I made it through Core Synergistics! I was about to give up at the 20 minute mark, but I powered through it to fail! I was literally crawling to my mat for the cool down, but it felt awesome to have completed it! 495 calories gone, plus over 200 earlier and I've burned more than 700 calories today! Completed StretchX...the calorie burn was disappointing, only 214. Not sure what I was expecting from a video called stretch :tongue: Maybe I will feel up to a workout before bed....

Thank you Sheila! I just completed P90X Legs & Back, with my HRM I burned 455 calories! Yeah!! I definitely had to modify some of the moves. One of the things I love about P90X is that it's easy to modify to my skill level and ability. I'm really enjoying the series :)

Completed my Fit Test last week! I can do the absolute minimum on everything, except the pull-ups! I can hold my body weight, but there is nothing going "up" at this point. I hope to work up to it ;)

Try a scale that calculates it. I have a WW scale and it calculates height, weight, water, bone mass and BMI. You might get a different number.

Back in the day...when I was thin, I would drink a gallon of ice water with lots of lemon. It really worked for the water weight. I have no idea how to curb cravings.
